With a foundation as a Midwife and clinical experience as a Massage Therapist, Anita discovered a higher calling to support her patients on a deeper level, leading her to become an Acupuncturist.

For Anita, acupuncture is like solving a complex puzzle: each patient brings unique pieces—their physical symptoms, emotional experiences, stress, lifestyle, and even unspoken stories. Every piece matters. When viewed together, these pieces reveal the root causes, allowing her to address not just the symptoms but the underlying imbalances. Through acupuncture, she guides these pieces back into harmony, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.

Anita is passionate about creating deep, lasting transformations—physically, emotionally, and energetically—through a holistic approach practiced with intention, compassion, and a genuine heart. Her special interests include emotional trauma, mental health, women’s health, and cosmetic acupuncture.

Outside of her practice, Anita enjoys connecting with nature, reading, and expanding her knowledge through webinars on energy healing. She is a registered and in-good-standing practitioner with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).

I started my physiotherapy journey in 2019, and from day one, I’ve loved helping people move better, feel stronger, and live life more comfortably. Over the years, I’ve worked with patients of all ages and in a range of areas, including physiotherapy, vestibular physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, pediatric physiotherapy, and pelvic floor physiotherapy (Levels 1, 2, and 3).

I enjoy supporting people through everything from balance and dizziness issues to neurological challenges, developmental concerns, and pelvic health needs.

For me, physiotherapy isn’t just about exercises or treatments—it’s about really understanding each person’s story and goals. I like to take the time to listen, explain clearly, and create a plan that fits each patient’s life. Seeing someone regain confidence in their movement and independence is what I love most about my work.

Outside of physiotherapy, I find balance and inspiration in yoga, and I also love travelling, cooking, and painting. These hobbies keep me creative and energized, and they remind me to bring curiosity, patience, and joy into my work with every patient.

My passion for massage therapy grew from a desire to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover the importance of rest in a busy world. I graduated with honours and bring the same dedication to learning and client-centred care into every session.

I take a patient and intuitive approach, tailoring each treatment to the individual because every body and experience is unique. My style blends deep tissue work, fascial release, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and Swedish and Shiatsu techniques with gentle joint mobilizations and breathwork.

I see massage as more than rest—it’s a way to better understand the body, restore balance, and support ongoing recovery of both body and mind. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, safe, and supported, helping them leave each session not just relaxed, but truly recharged.

I have a special interest in TMJ care, women’s health, and perinatal support.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy listening to music, walking in the park, and experimenting in the kitchen—cooking and baking new recipes.
